Class Description

Group classes will follow the traditional order of exercises on all equipment as set by Core Dynamics Pilates, Inc. Class size limited to 4 people.

Level I: Small group class designed to tone and strengthen your core musculature and improve body alignment and posture. Pre-requisite: 3 private lessons with an Apprentice and 10 private lesson with an instructor.

Level II: Small group class designed to continue the work of Level I adding Level II exercises. The flow and rhythm of class is faster than Level I and will help to develop better awareness and coordination. Pre-requisite: Knowledge of and ability to perform all Level I equipment and mat exercises.

Level III: Small group class designed to build on the work of levels I and II adding level III exercises. The brick pace improves stamina and strength. Pre-requisite: Knowledge of and ability to perform all Level II equipment and mat exercises.

Level IV: Small group class designed to build on the work of levels I, II, and III adding level IV exercises. This advanced class helps you to master all exercises enabling you to flow gracefully from one movement to the next. Pre-requisite: Knowledge of and ability to perform all level III equipment and mat exercises.
