Thank you for purchasing our Groupon! We hope you enjoy all that Madison Pilates has to offer!

How to get started

1. Register an account on-line by clicking here.
2. Sign up for any Pilates Reformer Technique Classes as UNPAID.
3. Bring the Groupon voucher to your first class so we can enter the information into your account.
4. After you have completed all five classes on your Groupon pass you are eligible to received 10% off your first package of lessons at Madison Pilates.

Things to remember

1. Groupon customers have purchased a five class pass for Pilates Reformer Technique Classes and can not be used on any other class at Madison Pilates.
2. If you have previous Pilates equipment experience and would like to trade your Pilates Reformer Technique Class pass for another option please call 608-274-2600 so we can direct you to the best class.
3. Madison Pilates requires notice 24 hour in advance of a registered class that needs to be cancelled. Your pass will be deducted as a late cancel if we do not receive notice by email or telephone at least 24 hours in advance of class time.
4. Madison Pilates is a scent-free facility. Please do not wear perfume, cologne, or heavily scented lotions or hair products.
5. Groupon customers can sign up for one private lesson at half price.
