Health is A High-Energy Resting State
by Dr. Bill ConderAll the information we need to be healthy is free and easily available. Based on this information we can make necessary decisions to change our way of life into a more whole, healthy one. If we assume and maintain responsibility for our health and have awareness of what is good and supportive, and what is not, health can be realized.
If we look at the basic, most important factors for physical, mental/emotional, metabolic, and energetic health we may be surprised to find that it’s easier and simpler than we imagined. What we may find is that some of us who desire good health are not satisfying the basic needs or are interfering with important digestive processes and metabolic pathways with what we eat or by what we’re exposed to in our living and working environments. We may find that what we have always thought of as “food” isn’t.
